Calculator
| Lead time demandd × L = 50 × 9 = 450.0 | 450.0 | d × L = 50 × 9 = 450.0 |

Enter on hand, on order and backorders to check whether it’s time to order.
How it works
Lead time demand is what you expect to use while waiting for an order: d × L. The reorder point adds safety stock on top: ROP = d × L + SS.
Inventory position = on hand + on order − backorders. When it is at or below the reorder point, place an order.
FAQ
What is a reorder point?
The inventory level at which you place a replenishment order so the new stock arrives before you run out: expected demand during the lead time plus safety stock.
Why use inventory position instead of on-hand?
Inventory position counts stock already on order, so you don't order twice for the same need.
How much should I order?
The reorder point says when to order. How much depends on your lot size rules; the EOQ calculator gives a cost-based starting point.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Calculations and CSV parsing run in your browser, and the numbers and files you enter are never sent to a server, unless you choose to share a link, which carries the single-item inputs in its address. The page has no ads, sign-up or third-party trackers; the site host keeps standard anonymous visit counts.
